Simple web-based rss pinging tool to index links and backlinks. Not sexy, but there's always a demand for this type of tool.

There is a theory that suggests that similar people link on their social networks. Well that is the theory. If you build a mechanism where convicted fraudsters or other thugs' linkedin profiles can be scraped, with all their related linked contacts as well as the companies they worked for, you can build a dataset or two.
From there you see if you can match each of these parties with their relevant Facebook profiles (Difficult to do but not impossible). You then scrape their Facebook friends.
    You create yet another dataset.
    Do the same with google+

Then you see if any of the names pop up in the news relevant to fraud or other criminal activities, you extract these records.

Once you had done this you submit as part of the learning algorythem the list of proven criminals to the google predict api to learn the pattern.

Once you have the pattern trained, you submit your whole dataset through the Google Predict API.

If this works the way that I think it would, the google api would be able to provide you with an indication whether a person or a company is busy with fraudulent activities.

You then take this method to insurance companies if it works and you tell them you have found a brilliant way to predict the likelyhood of syndicates or scammers in their customer base.

You make millions running these models for insurers and banks, then one day somebody sues you for everything you have, but what the heck. You made money online with an idea that nobody else thought of.

I've mentioned this before - An app for uploading mini-sites via Cpanel.

Everyone who sells mini-sites will want to buy a license.
