Content Issues with Job Boarding Sites

Hi Friends,
I have one confusion with job portals and job boarding sites, I have seen many sites allindiajobs, present jobs and many more and one confusion if they listed many job posting with company details and the same content because it will display company details, job description, "It's published on different sites with same content, so why it's not penalized by Google panda"or How I can manage duplicate content.

    • Also they are probably not relying on Google for the bulk of their traffic - and neither should you.

      Look at Google traffic as a bonus.
