Which Domain Appraisal site is better according to you?

Hi, Just have this doubt. Do you mention domain appraisal value to a buyer ? and if Yes, which domain appraisal site do you think is better to say.

Here are the domain appraisal sites that I know..

1. Estibot.com (Not sure why, but lot of domain sellers use it I guess.)
2. Sedo.com (don't know how their appraisal system works, but will always show lowest value for a domain compared to Estibot)
3. FreeValuator.com
4. DomainIndex.com
5. GoDaddy.com ( this is surprising to me because for my few domains which are very good in quality of keywords are appraised for very low value)

I know appraisals are worthless. It always depend on how much a buyer is willing to pay. But then again appraisals bring a little idea how it can be worth.

Thanks,
Sky

I always use Estibot.com and I found the appraisal is close to real value. But I also have sold domains for higher price than the Estibot valuation.

Using Sedo, I have some domains that valued for more than $10k but Estibot valuation is just a fraction of Sedo valuation.

I have paid Godaddy one time for one of my one word domain which they appraise in the range of $16k-$24k (if i remember correctly) but the Estibot valuation is about $14k, while Sedo valuation is few thousands.
