I'm about to drop Clickbank. I am embarrassed that they have stooped so low. If they were a successful retailer {they're not}, then they wouldn't be acting like the goo roos - nor would they have contracted 2 idiot BS artists {Adam & Justin} to run their "University".

It's appalling that their uni amounts to 1)think happy thoughts 2) publish your own product {on CB} and 3) buy our "coaching". Self serving, disgusting, and no class. They're obviously hurting for money and they've reinvented themselves once again...this time in one of the worst ways.

They don't care about you or anyone. They don't care about training you to be a successful affiliate or publisher. They care about getting as many suckers to pay them $50 a pop to publish their inane ebooks on CB, then squeezing every last dollar out of them via "coaching"and other upsells. Repugnant. Absolutely repugnant.

I might drop them and neither promote any products - nor publish any. They've really lost themselves over the last few years.

Can you not read? I just told you! The webinars are only sales pitches. You didn't miss anything - unless you like being a sucker.

2 hr sales pitch, but there was some tips for newbies, such as myself. The interesting thing is that they started w/ the highest price over $1K, then when those people bought, then they asked them to leave and check out CBU. They then continued to pitch the product and lower the price point of entry. I think it ended at $47/mo, but w/o the full set of features.

Ok, but if you've been around a while too - then you should be as insulted by their antics as much as I am.

I dropped CB many years ago when the real shaving began. I was just wondering if they cleaned up their act but i guess not.

From what i hear clickbank is starting to take a turn for the worse especially when people are trying to launch products.I looked over hours worth of reviews and in the end most said to steer clear of clickbank and go for jvzoo or here on the forum

I've seen the actual Clickbank University video series (their product) and it's nothing worth getting excited over.

It's entirely about being a product owner/seller on the CB marketplace, which is obvious. There is one module about being an affiliate, but generally it's a basic product creation course. The only difference, really, is that it's product creation and selling with CB.

Maybe if someone already wanted to release their product on CB might this be somewhat useful. But that's means they're targeting a very small and specific group. So most people won't be interested in the course whatsoever.

I think Clickbank is one of the very few long term Internet Marketing businesses to have cleaned up their act in the last five years. The comments on this thread are puzzling to me in the extreme. Here is why I like Clickbank.

    1. I can sell my product online to anyone in the world and get paid.
    2. I can have affiliates selling my product from all over the world and get paid
    3. I get a monthly transfer from Clickbank. They do virtually all of the paperwork and I get paid.
    4. I can sell other peoples products as an affiliate.and get paid

    Simple

I agree with you. I think CB is doing a great job (except for the two justin biebers they put in their vids). I mean what would you do if you have a great affiliate and vendor platform and have authority. I would exactly the same. Learn people to make products to put on your platform and learn people how to sell products on the same platform. a win-win for everyone

I stopped promoting Clickbank products in 2012. Best decision I ever made. The refund rates are astronomic. I now mostly promote JVZoo and Warrior Plus and hardly ever have any refunds.
