Video technique question

Great place to be. Love this forum.
I have a question. I'm a Fiverr seller specializing
in video creating services. One customer asked
if I can do one of those videos located at the bottom of
the page on the right that loads automatically
when you come to the page. Is there a software that
does this? Or has anyone used this technique before?
here is an example of what I'm talking about:
SDZ Laser - Devoted To Laser Field Since 1992!
