Building Focus

So like many others around here I often struggle with figuring out an effective way to make money online consistently. It's almost been a bit disappointing at times.

...Until this morning when I gave myself a reality check.

There have been things I've done to make money online. Several worked. Though because of their weak return, I didn't bother sticking with it. I've sold websites, made affiliate websites, done cpa, etc. I've made a little money from each, but always moved onto something else.

Something that I thought would be quicker, faster, and yield more. However, each time I did that, I put aside all the experience I've learned in previous methods. Which meant starting over from scratch again. Looking back, if I kept with one of those methods during all this time, I'm sure I'd be reaching higher levels by now.

That's when it hit me. I know I can make money online. My problem is a lack of focus.

On one process. One method. In this age of opportunity and always looking for the faster way, I'm beginning to see we never make progress because we're always shifting around.

Those who reach the high levels all seem to have one thing in common. They focus on one thing. One method until it yields results.

So I'm going to challenge myself on the simple, yet difficult task of staying focused. Not finding another way to make money online. I know plenty of those. What I need to work on is the patience to stick with one task until it bears fruit. That is the challenge I will take upon myself. To build focus.
