Making money overnight is virtually impossible. If you need a regular income, it's better to get a job and work on an internet marketing business after hours.

Success grows so once you become successful, you need to keep up with your marketing so you don't suddenly lose the motivation,

Please don't make the mistake I made . . . ! I was taken in by all the hype, and I thought I could make money easily and quickly on the Internet. Some years later, having spent far too much money, I finally realized i wasn't going to get anywhere without a mentor --- someone to tell me what to do, and show me how to do it! Now I've stopped wasting time and money and expect to be in profit soon. Keep smiling!

I don't think this would be a good idea unless you have a rather large startup capital, it takes time to learn this industry and find success, it doesn't happen overnight

People start off with very little capital and eventually turn their efforts in to full time careers ! Its not like buying a Brick and Mortar business were you need capital to buy equipment and rent or buy a location.

Devilfish has a bigger problem he jumps from thing to thing. He does not want to focus on anything. He posts here every weekend about looking for help. He has been given great advice. He chooses to ignore it and continue on. Eventually he has to come to the reality that either to stick with one thing or move on. He would be better off moving on and taking a job, and come back here at a later date.

Couldn't have said it better myself. You have to set aside a certain amount of money that you want to invest into your business when you work a job. And whatever that figure is.... well, that's just the figure - unless you want to get 2 jobs, but good luck with that lol.

If you are asking for yourself, I think you need to think really long and hard about your progress and your situation.

1. You admit you haven't made any money in several months. How will that help your personal situation if you lose your job too?

2. You don't listen to anyone's advice. For example, a few days ago I told you your sig link was broken, Have you fixed it? No and of course that's your choice. But you will NEVER make money from it if you don't fix it. Period.

One big reason you aren't making any money is because you aren't listening to anyone that is trying to help you and acting on the information given at your request in many different threads. Of course, this is your choice.

But choices have consequences. The consequence you see now --- no money -- is the result of your choice not to listen and act.

I'm sorry but this is terrible advice. Adfly traffic is absolutely worthless and if you think that investing $80 on 100,000 Adfly views is going to get this guy 1000 sales at $75 each overnight then I have to question the level of experience you actually have in IM.

Have you ever actually invested $80 on Adfly traffic and then made $75,000 from it? I seriously doubt it. In fact, I'll go as far as to say it's not actually possible, no matter what product you were pushing.

Why would you offer someone who is obviously struggling this kind of bogus advice?

I'm well aware of that. Usually I just chuckle to myself and keep my mouth shut as I feel that if I'm going to take the time to write a post I want the post to be useful to others and add some degree of value to the thread.

This time, however, I just couldn't sit back and keep quiet.

I had to speak up because if I were in the OPs position I would want someone to stop me from throwing $80 down the drain.

My advice to the OP would be what several others have already said and that is to get a solid job and work on IM in his free time. It is much easier to concentrate on building a successful business when you have your current financial needs met.

I'd say ridiculous answers are what this thread - and others like it - deserve.
When someone has a tendency to keep posting this type thread - maybe the rest of us need to just shake our heads and move on.

I know I'm echoing the sentiments of others who already replied to this thread, but swallow your pride and get a job, even if the wages are lower than previous jobs you have held.

For starters, whatever you get at the new job will be better than getting nothing from no job and no online income.

Also, it's much easier to focus on growing your online income when you're mind is not preoccupied with the fact that you have no income from a job or anywhere else.

By having steady income, it stabilizes the necessities in life and contributes towards removing the "lack" mentality from dominating your thought process.

Nothing wrong with having a job.

I had one until I got myself fired, but I also saw the writing on the wall and built my monthly business income to more than 3x and 4x what I was making at that job at the time.

It's nice to know that you get $XXX for putting in XX hours WHILE you grow your business in your spare time (or dare I say - while you're at work getting paid lol)

You need an income to make an income. It is very hard to get into IM without money 'already' coming in to pay your bills.

It's very hard on your mind to try and get ahead while simultaneously feeling desperate.

IM is not for everyone. If it's just money that you after, then you should find a job.

However, if it's freedom that you are after, then you are going to have to pay the price for your success.

Did you really just bump a 2 months old to post that? Wow.

OP, if you are still looking for an answer, then just get a job and do IM on a side. That's the safest option, which gives you the assurance of a monthly income, plus you can still experiment with marketing having positive cash flow.

If you are jobless with no money is coming in and you want to make it inside IM.

1. First get small, dump your cars, dump your house, dump your girlfriend, ( you will get another later)

2. Get a part time job for income you can reinvest into paid traffic.

3. Don't buy products unless you can use that product to resell.

4. Stick with one traffic source

5. Do not be in desperation mode. This is why people fail because they are so desperate to make money they will try anything. And then you get spread out to thin.

How about those jobless ones still have some saving?
part time job now a days also require you to work full time from morning till evening.

depend which job you do . Of course it bring you at least some funds to aid IM.

I was in that position. Jobless but had savings. Kept looking for a job while also trying to learn IM. Have now taken a job that doesn't cover all the bills but stops the financial hemorrhage. Easier to concentrate on building an online income when day job will at least cover the basics of survival.

Advise you are being given regarding finding a job is solid IMO.

I was on the same situation... I was working in a Call Center

my schedule was 10 hours a day, for 4 days each week, but I was only making $2.9 Dollars per hour, and had to work overtime some times I went working the whole week.

and I was not able to concentrate on my IM business, it´s difficult because once you finish your schedule the only thing you want to do is sleep, and next day the same, wake up early to go to work...

So I decided to quit my job, I saved money and wanted to take the risk.
Today I´m glad I take that decision.

What you can do is save some money that you can use to survive at least 5 month without a job, and invest on internet business and education.

Don't get a job.

Start one.

Lawnmowers + Flyers = plenty of money.

Come winter time you will have enough saved up to fund/pursue your dreams.

It takes insane personal cost to get this started. For me it was 4 years of working full time + working on IM part time.... and then I sold my car and cashed out my 401k and worked a part-time job for another year while I finally launched everything.

Actually, this is NOT a bad idea at all. I had a close friend 10 years ago who did this on a whim.

And ended up gaining new neighbors to mow their lawn and turned it into a full time business.

If you have the motivation and hustle it is doable.

The only catch is here at WF most want the easy way out.

As you pointed out yourself, you're NOT going to just be able to make money over night. It takes time

BUT- the funny thing is - making money IS one of the easiest things in the world to do, and once you REALIZE that and do it - it becomes second nature.

I woke up to $2,497 in my JVZoo acct this morning

My first reaction was "hey, sweet"

A few years ago this would have been life changing, now it's just every day life.

It does NOT mean i'm ungrateful or don't appreciate where I'm at with my life and business - it's just normal to me now.

Anyways, my point - making money online IS very much possible and can be very profitable, BUT you have to take time to learn and make it work for you.

Don't just look at IM for a source of income if you're new, get a job and don't stress out trying to make money online JUST to pay your bills. Study IM part time, it does take time.

To me, a job has never been the stressful part; not having money is stressful. I still work full-time to provide the stable income and benefits, but the difference is that I choose a job that I enjoy and that is close to my home.

My online income has probably been higher than my W-2 income for at least 7 years, probably closer to 8. This year, it could potentially be 3x higher. Sure, a lot of people would quit their job in my situation but I personally like it.
