Want to know about requirements of getting payment from Clickbank

Hello,

I have earned some dollars on Clickbank. I have 4 sales. Now I want to know am I ready to get payment from Clickbank?

And about my payoneer:
I have heard about active and inactive payoneer accounts. I have not got any dollars from any vendor into my payoneer account. So I think, mine is not active.

Is my payoneer ready to get payment from clickbank?

I need to know exactly:
- about requirements of Clickbank affiliate account for
getting payment.
- about requirements of payoneer account to be ready to get
payment form Clickbank.
