Advanced: 250k visitors + switchting to Make-Money-Guru-Model

Hey guys,

I built a website in the Spanish market where I teach people how to make money. I get around 250k visitors/months and ~150 Newsletter Signups a day, got featured in some of the biggest newspapers in the market. Site makes around 7k$ from Adsense. I think I can scale traffic because the website is less than a year old and only one person is working full time on it. But some problems...


-The person (guru) who writes is a fictional person and not really exists, so way more difficult to produce video content
-I don't have a product
-There aren't to many affiliate offers for make money products
-Main traffic source is Google and people are looking more for very generic terms like "How to make money fast", not "How to make money blogging"
-the market is pretty small. Probably I have the biggest make money website on the market except for magazines like entrepreneur.com-type websites.
-I'm not a native Spanish speaker and outsourcing complicated tasks like newsletter creation is difficult.
-My time is pretty limited because it's only 1 of 7 major projects I have

So now quite sure what's my strategy is, because my website is in between entrepreneur.com and standard make money guru stuff.

First I thought I will look up somebody and use him as a template but nearly all good copywriters have their own school and everything seems to go video.

Ryan Deiss Model would be to bring the most influential people writing on my website but there are nearly no influential people. Most influential people are teaching at universities and are pretty conservative.

I saw that Ryan Deiss created a fake person for a "how to invest"-website, too. He builds long newsletters where we tells the stories of his life. No video content, only text and reports. Do you know anything like that for "make money" niche?

Frank Kern model would be creating a 30 day newsletter sequence with undercover selling. Anybody knows somebody who does that on the US market without any videos and good performance where I could learn from?
