What's the best news aggregator script for Word Press?

I want to have a news feed on my site that will pull stories from other site using RSS.

Are the aggregators SEO firendly?

Please advise.

    I use paper.li, which is free. Paper.li

I really like it! It's like being an online newspaper publisher and looks really good embedded into your blog.

I aggregates content from a variety of social media sites and compiles it together to look like a newspaper.

Still looking for a good aggregation. I installed Feedzy and it works great, but the problem is that I am looking for some aggregate that is going to copy articles to my site for people to read them. Right now, feedzy show articles' titles, featured image, and short description, but full for full articles I need to go to the original sites...

This isn't a function of the RSS aggregator, it's a function of how much of an article someone is allowing to be included in their RSS feed, which the aggregator parses and then displays on the other site, as the RSS aggregator isn't "copying" the web page, but rather the content available in the RSS version.

IMO, this makes RSS "fair use" under copyright law as the publisher determines how much of their content they are willing to share. However, to copy/scrape and publish an entire article without the publishers' permission would likely be both illegal and unethical.

Why would it be "illegal and unethical" if I am intended to use proper citation techniques to give the full credit to the original publishers???

Because "proper citation" isn't a legal or ethical defense for copyright infringement.

Are you serious? You're complaining that there's only part of the article? You're complaining that there's a link to the site who actually created the article and invested a lot of time and $$ to write it ?!

Stop being so lazy. Learn about copyright and stop trying to steal other people's work.

I respectfully disagree your point of view.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, I am looking for a WP plugin while wp-drudge appears to be a theme that will completely change my site's look if I install it. Is it correct?
