Where is everyone finding their VA's these days in the Phillipines?

I don't want to pay an agency as a middle man.

    I found mine on odesk, she's really awesome allways pushing her and going over what's asked..

    But i have been lucky as i did hire maybe 50 ousourcer in the last 10 years and this girl the best of the best i ever found . From a long long shot...

    So now i pay here full times /week and hope it will stay like that for a long times

    Maybe best to hire from an agency if you don't want all the troubles.

      You are going to spend a lot of time to find someone to save you a lot of time.

      Just think of the "middle-man" as another form of outsourcing. The sites don't charge much for their service. If it really bothers you just lower your offer rate by 10% or whatever.

    Not only the Phillipines, but also India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan they are also working as a freelancer. Most of the freelancer are working Odesk, Elance, Freelaner, Fiverr, vworker some some top most important market place. You can find them easily in these market place.
