Hi, Hope You warrior(s) will be fine.I have a confusion and i think this is the best place of getting suggestions as there are more experienced person like you.
Actually i want to make a Real Estate Listing website.I can afford 300$ and i want to make website like zameen.com (not completely).This is a pakistani webiste and I am also form pakistan.
I want to earn 200 to 350$ monthly for my University expenditure.You can look the trend of keywords related to real estate in pakistan.
Please give me your valueable suggestions .I am waiting for your kind replies.
& any other alternative methods that are helpful in my study.

    Now, I am really confused.

    $ 300 cannot give you a site that looked like zameen.com, not to mention the cost of maintaining it, and promoting it.

    Domain name and one year hosting will cost you almost $ 80.

    My suggestion is to make a wordpress site, promoting real estate around your city.
    • Get a buying keyword like rentapartmentcityname . com renthousecityname . com something that you can rank easily at google.
    • Get a hosting that accept monthly payment (it might be more expensive but you have to keep your initial expense as low as possible, better use your money for classified ads.)
    • Buy a newspaper.
    • Check-out the property ads,
    • Call the property owner
    • Offer them to advertise at your site for say a month at a fraction of classified ads price at the newspaper. (people are greedy, give them offer that they cannot resist.) Think about covering your monthly operational cost.
    • If you are already at first page of google for target keyword, do not forget to mention it.
    • Mention that you advertise at local newspaper too.
    • Use your money to post classified ads about your site at local newspaper.
    • Create an eBook about buying or renting or selling property for those who sign up to your email list


    Totally Offline Marketing
    • Print name cards, go to property exhibitions and exchange cards with people.
    • Go to job fair, give name cards to the Human Resources representative from the company and tell them if their colleague want to find apartment they can visit your site.
    • Ask people to go to your page and opt in to received your eBook for free.

      Now here I am damn sure and agree with heruma that $300 cannot give a website like zameen.com . It's pretty a tough task to get into such a kind of segment with such a lower amount. But that can be possible if you look out with low cost and a huge investment to get to the track.

    Invest in yourself first. Learn a skill and master it. Best to start with traffic generation. Start a blog and create content because content is king in the online marketing world. It's literally like owning online real estate. Get your brand out there. Don't just limit yourself to blog posts, do videos as well.

    Keep in mind that content creation consists of information and today, we're in the information age. People look for information. If you can provide solutions to their problems or challenges, then you can create traffic and the website you're building will experience success.

    Focus on growing and learning skills first then focus on getting as many eye balls possible to whatever it is you're doing.
