Is this site legitimate?

I have a few facebook groups. Recently someone reported one but I am not sure why. The name of the site he reported is called something like "Your web traffic." Does anyone know if this site is legitimate. You sign up for a traffic co-op then for an auto responder. I admit I am not quite sure what the product is but that by itself doesn't make it a scam or not legitimate. I suppose maybe the auto responder is the product and you an affiliate. I was actually thinking about joining myself. Any opinions on this?

  • Based on the limited information given in your post, it is difficult to tell exactly which site you refer to.

A site with the same name (.com) appears to be a service that claims to send qualified prospects (targeted traffic) who actually see what you have to offer.
They claim to not simply "deliver HITS that run up your traffic counter."

(A HIT, is not necessarily a real visit to your site. A HIT is just a number that sends your traffic counter upward.)

Many of these types of so called traffic services however utilize spam and other illegitimate methods (bots) to affect your site's traffic counter.

Of course I can't speak for this particular site as to how "legitimate" they are, but I can tell you that many similar sites do nothing for the money you pay for their so called "traffic" packages.

But then again, I could be rambling on about a totally different site than you are actually referring to.

  • No, it has an extension on it. Something like"guaranteed subscribers." If you add that to the end you will see what I mean.
  • Maybe that member have problem with that website and report it so you can remove.

    • I really don't understand what you are asking. So I don't know what to say.

  • I would avoid the site if your questioning it in the first place. The site should make the user feel safe, not skeptical.
