how to prevent auto deduction from JVzoo?

I email the seller but it never respond

as it is auto deduction from JV zoo

if I go to my paypal disable the auto payment from JV zoo fix tat right?

    That is what I usually do.

    Go to Paypal
    Click profile
    Wait for the My Profile page loaded
    On the left menu, click My Money
    On the middle, look for My Preapproved Payments, go to the right and click "Update"
    Under the Merchant column, choose the transaction you wish to cancel
    When the page finish loading,
    Look for
    "Cancel Subscription" button
    or
    Hypertext "Cancel"
    click and follow the instruction.

      thanks , I checked don't have JVzoo or the merchant name think the seller has disable?
      but I check my JVzoo my purchase there still indicated auto deduction on april 1 ?

    I'm having a similar issue myself Devilfish168. I've contacted the seller I bought from numerous times over the past week with no response. Albeit this is for a technical support issue and not an auto bill issue... Fact still remains, bad experience purchasing from a JVZoo vendor.

    But yeah, you can kills the auto pay via your PayPal.
