So what i have to do now? if build new site on the same hosting with new account not a addon and if i give links from old one so shell it be ok in the eyes of google or i have to change the hosting company totally to get links valuable from my old site.

Come on warriors i need you suggestions from you past experience.

It's kind of hard to understand what you're trying to ask, but Google, nor any other search engines care if you're on the same server with the same kind of product. You can do it freely without any worry.

Sorry if my answer seems a little blunt or if it doesn't answer your question.
If my answer isn't what you're looking for, please try to rephrase your question and I'll try to answer again. =)

There is a school of thought that links from different class C IP addresses are better than those from your own server.

In the example you have outlined you will need a lot more than links from one site to drive your new site higher in the rankings. You will need to develop numerous links and as such the links from your existing site will be lost in the general numbers over time.

So don't worry link away, and also remember to create your internal site links also as you can get benefit from these.

        That one is dead now.

It came from the notion that you can build loads of sites on different IP addresses, cross link them and boost your rankings. There were a whole plethora of now defunct products, notably mass blog creators, that sought to exploit that idea.

Does not work now for many reasons I will not go in to.

One server, one IP is fine.

you can move it easily without an issue.

Move the account to the new host, check it, point your domain across and away you go.

Sorry guys if you are not understanding my question so i will clear it here.

See i have a site in credit cards niche which is hosted and running from almost 8 months and my hosting company provide addon facilities ( i can add unlimited domain from this on account instead of registering new account for new domain) so i have registered another domain in the same credit cards niche which i want to host on my same hosting account. So in future if i want to give some backlinks from my old credit cards niche to this new credit cards site, is it going to give any problem with that? does google love or give value to those backlinks? does i get ranking from those backlinks?

    this is my question guys

Agreed with the above. That stuff hasn't worked in almost 4 years. Google can't be so easily fooled.
