Adsense Copyright Policy - How These People Get Away ?

So All I Know Is You Just Cannot Display Ad's On Pages which has copyright materials,

but i found some really interesting websites they seems to be doing just fine with copyright stuff,

Just Cute Animals - Cute pictures, pics, photos & images of the cutest animals around.
Funny As Duck - Funny Pics, Pictures, Photos And Images.

these 2 sites, they just post pictures of animals, etc ,and put ad's all over, they probably get these images from google,

and this one https://diyinstructions.us/beautiful...ewing-pattern/

they just get a whole article from somewhere else, post it and put a link to original article
as the source,

surely you cant do this with adsense right? or have they changed their policies?

these sites getting their traffic mostly from facebook, they have be running adsense like this for months, if not years,

tell me how,

They just haven't been banned yet. It's against the policy but it's not like there's some kind of trigger that sets off an alarm to the Adsense team.

Obviously, you should never break their rules but some people do and they get away with it.

    For how long? Who knows...

the first site i've mentioned, they last updated their privacy policy page on August 31, 2012, and i can see they had adsense back then is well, so they got away for what 3 years now?

Have you done any research about copyright?

The first thing you need to realize is Google/AdSense cannot read minds.

How would they know if an image or text is copyright to someone else?

How do they know the publisher has not paid the copyright holder for the reprint rights?

Humour and parody could fall under "fair use". Have you checked to see if these sites violate copyright or are protected by humour and parody fair use?

How would Google know if this use falls under "fair use" or not?

    and this one https://diyinstructions.us/beautiful...ewing-pattern/

they just get a whole article from somewhere else, post it and put a link to original article as the source,

And what is wrong with this?

How does Google know if it is done with permission or not?

surely you cant do this with adsense right? or have they changed their policies?

What policy are you talking about? A link would help.

There is nothing wrong with facebook traffic for an AdSese site. What problem are you complaining about?

      Who really cares

worry about your own business and not someone elses.

If it bothers you so much then report it to google

Unless maybe you are trying to do the same and trying to see if you can take shortcuts without getting your hand caught in the cookie jar

Believe me Google is not stupid. The sheer number who try to get away with these methods is astonishing however Google always gets them in the end. If the images are copyrighted as well the owners should be prepared to pay out more than they are making to deal with any lawsuits that may follow.

If you are concerned with the fact they are getting away with policy breach then the best thing to do is notify google about it and let them decide.

im not concerned about this at all, i never said that, im just wondering , google used to be a tough place even for those who create 100% original content, but now days they seems to be bit more flexible with their policy, which should be a good news for all,so im just trying to have a conversation,

Google used to be more arbitrary and strict about AdSense and adwords but their stock got hit pretty hard and they faced pressure by shareholders to increase revenue.

With economic pressures from other big players, like facebook who also use advertising for revenue, and Bing who is more advertiser friendly, Google seems to have relaxed the interpretation and enforcement of many policies.

Traffic from social sites like Pinterest, Facebook, Tumblr and Reddit has always been accepted. Google likes to see multiple traffic sources so if it was "only" Pinterest generating traffic that could raise red flags.
