I have just put a website up and the thank you page isn't showing up on the desk top version but it is showing up on the mobile site version. How do I stop it showing on the mobile website version.
Thank You.

  • Could you please be more specify with regards to how is it showing up exactly?
  • Need more detail.
  • Pick the hide page option in the webpage editor.

You should tick the box that says "Hide Page in navigation"
  • Your questions is not clear, you should be more specific.

  • Since responsive design typically redirects mobile devices to a particular page, maybe you've accidentally configured your site to automatically display the "thank you" page to mobile connections.
  • The thank you page is appearing in the navigation drop down on the mobile version
  • Did you design the mobile version yourself? Are you using a third party software? Sorry it's not enough info to help yet..
  • Is this a "Thank You" page for an e-commerce site? You have give more details about your question.
  • Its fixed I turned off mobile in jet pack settings. When I did that the site also went back to full website version which looks a lot better. It is a sales letter site
  • You might need to add "noindex" tag in that "Thank you" page of yours. Search engine bots will remove it from their SERP's.

    Hope this helps!
  • Even if it's "hidden" you should still be using something like S2Member to protect your products... I think this is paramount if you take this seriously as an income and long-term business.
