Do outsourcees steal?

What prevents an outsourcee you've asked to write for you from just taking your idea, writing it, and selling it in their own business?

    In a word,

    nothing...

But, a professional freelancer/outsourcee should be willing to sign an NDA. Also, if you do some research into the person to find out if they run other services/have other products before you hire them, you can often put your mind at ease.

    Kindest regards,
    Karl.

Trust .. That is the bottom line, build a trust relationship with someone and get to know them. Know others that they have done work for then ask them about what kind of relationship they had with the person(s).

There are many things you should consider but the botton line is Trust.
