I think if you have a sales page the traffic from English Speaking countries (T1) convert better.
I am not talking about paid traffic , here I mean about free traffic like back linking, social media etc..

A good way is to just reach out to people in your niche on social media. Get some software like hootsuite or buzzbundle and set up some tracking of keywords within your niche on social media.

When people are talking about something you can help them with get involved in the conversation in the least spammy way possible. Being spammy will be actually hurt your efforts but providing them with meaningful content in an honest way will give you some nice sources of traffic

    Hi ak,

#1 - work on your English. No not you personally lol....I mean, write a bunch to appeal to folks from English-speaking countries.

Reach out. Make friends with pros from your niche, pros from these lands.

There are no shortage of them

Then, connect over time with your friends and create value through your blog.

I'd say commenting on their blogs exposes you to English speaking audiences, and said audiences will flock to your blog if you maintain a presence on their blogs.

    Onward and upward Ak.

    Signing off from Bali.

Post on high traffic sites relevant to your niche then search for the websites Alexa rank and if the top countries mentioned are from T1 countries contribute to them. Some of the methods for this free traffic is to participate in forums relevant to your niche, guest blog, even video marketing as well as Facebook marketing may help. Free traffic takes time, the key is consistency. Look into leveraging paid traffic and free traffic to get best results.
