Confused about getting started with PPC

I want to advertise Clickbank products, But I think that all the traffic sources won't allow me to advertise directly affiliate links (I tried once on Facebook and they blocked me from advertising)
So want I need to do? How excatly I need to buid squeeze page? "put your email here to buy something.." I don't understand..
And how to send them my affiliate link through an autoresponder? They won't consider it as spam?

    For now, don't bother with loosing money on offers because you do it wrong.

    Search engines don't allow that kind of thing since 2011 I think (I don't remember...). However, there are ways to get it done . Yes, you will need a good landingpage.

    BTW, there is no one good recipe for a well converting lander, It depends on your market and product.
  • Bing ads allow you to direct link.

    The problem is, direct linking doesn't convert well so it isn't a good marketing strategy.
