I've been employing a VA for a few weeks now. He does about 20 hours a week and i've mostly used him for tweaking blogs, bookmarking, web 2.0 properties, all the stuff i don't have time to do.
The problem is he isn't yet paying for himself so what are the best ways to use a VA to get a fast return?
