Most clickers are just curious about the ad.. but don't really need it.

Just like facebook stuff, they like and click but only few who buy.

Work more on your targetting and pricing.

How many $$$ you spent on those 230 clicks?

Sometimes the visitor click on the ad to read only. I am doing this kind of work also. I make advertisement on some Facebook groups in the Florida, USA. unfortunately there was no sell in the last 10 days. but clicks is increasing daily. Thanks

What do you mean "my product is Amazon"?
The product at the link is $14.99 not 9,99.
How did you get 49 customer reviews with 0 sales?
How did you rank the product #68 in Health Supplements with 0 sales?

No matter how good a product may be no one is going to buy it if you
can't get the right eyeballs to your money site.

Moreover, who told you, your product is the best?

Even the worst product can sell with a good marketing.
You will only get high refund rate or bad reviews.

Here is what a buyer may consider. They see no real value in your product and may not consider buying it. They may ask who is your company? Why buy from you when their are better known company's. Like GNC and Natures Way. That's one issue you need to overcome. The other issue you are selling it to cheap. It would appear to a consumer that the product could be inferior to other bands. You want to build up a trust factor.

This is not to bash you or your product and company, it is to show some red flags your ad may raise.

230 clicks is meaningless.

People are sold on this idea that all traffic is
created equal. It's not.

The information you've provided is too vague -
and you're too convinced the value of your offer
is obvious.

I'd suggest you start by advertising to people
looking specifically for Garcinia Cambogia Extract.

And then lose the idea that the cheap guy is
going to win - if you've got the best supplement
who believes that claim when it's the cheapest?

And! Why would you spend $3 on a click to
sell a $14.00 product?!

My guess is you're running ads on a low-quality
traffic source for weight loss. You're getting some
curiosity but sending people directly to a page on
Amazon isn't going to work if you're doing what I think
you're doing.

I've never heard of that supplement, so it's likely
others haven't either and I'm not going to buy it
just because you've got an Amazing picture.

Try different Ad copies.
It looks like you ad do not connect to your product.

Your CTR is less than 1%.
Check your keywords.

Check your geo location. (Supplement might not be able to be sent to the whole world.)

CTR is one of the variable that Ad Agency to determine your ad position and price you paid.

OP, listen to .X.!
You need to get word out about the product you're promoting on amazon. Stop wasting your money on PPC. From personal experience, it's not the right way to go when it comes to amazon.
Chat up .X.'s tree and hopefully get some better tips if you're still lost.

I agree with ZanyZebra. This is very good advice here.
Don't take this the wrong way. But as soon as I saw the market you were competing in. I didn't have to read much more. You are in an extremely competitive market here. I work on my Doctor's marketing for him. Since he has his own shop inside of his office. I told him that we should focus on pointing his internal customers to his website who don't want to make the trip to his office just to buy his products. Then try to spread from his patients to their families.

You might want to try and find a local doctor who likes the product. Make this doctor a partner in what you are doing. If you can do this. Start off with your partnering doctor's own patients. Then branch out slowly from there. That would be a better bet. Think local first. People don't like to drive. If you can find a local authority to back what you are doing. That would be positive for you. Think Doctor Oz. I would bet if he promoted your link. People would buy right? Well, think like this on a "smaller" level. If a local doctor likes it. He could tell his patients to buy it. Who already trust him.

You were bragging about how your ad was better than everyone else's on there. I don't see that. For one thing:

What will it do for me????
How will I benefit from using your product???
I don't give a crap about all that medical jargon, I want to know how it will grow my hair back, make me more active, while getting chicks at the beach to dig me!

There is NOTHING interesting about your copy at all.

A lot of people, when they use paid traffic, send all their traffic to the affiliate offer RIGHT AWAY. From my own testing in the past, your conversions go down a lot when you do that.

The one thing you can dramatically do to increase your conversions to sales is to send targeted prospects to your home page first. You can presell them there. You can show your face and talk very little about your and why you believe in that product.

Try it and see that this will increase your conversions.

After you implement this, make sure that you are consistent with your marketing. Any time you are not making sales just know that most of your visitors will bookmark your site/affiliate offer for later consideration.

You need to increase your product visitor more & more. Because most of the visitor visit any products first time to know more & more about the products. After vising again & again the visitor may convert to buyer. so no tension about it. You should try to increase you visitor again & again by many ways. Thanks

The first thing you need to do is get over yourself and realize that you are probably not the best.

I clicked your link and the first thing that I saw, and everyone else sees, is your product title is just a keyword stuffed bunch of crap.

And your reviews are as phony as they come.

Your title is very bad and your page copy in the description is all over the place. While your product may be great, the copy reads as a desperate sales pitch. Fix that and you'll sell plenty.
