How Does Andy Jenkins / Mike Filsaime... Make THIS Awesome Kind Of Video??

Has anybody seem Andy Jenkins / Mike Filsaime's 'Webinar Jam Studio's' ... 'sales video' ... here for their product?

I absolutely love the 'animation' (and professionalism) of it!!

Can anybody take a good guess on what 'software' (PowerPoint only? GoAnimate? Adobe After Effects, etc.) they might have used to make this really cool (the 'animation effects' are what I'm mostly referring to!) video??

You notice that there is a 'ton' of different animation effects here... and my guess (although I have never used it)... is that something like Adobe After Effects could easily do such things... but I've heard that it's a steep learning curve.
Could this JUST be Powerpoint?

Anyways, as you all know... these kinds of 'explainer video'-style sales pages with animation / images galore are super popular now.

What do you think they used for this? And if you're not sure, any 'recommendations' for 'top-notch' (price is not an issue... but not cheapy $19 software that will get nowhere close to the results that they pulled off her with this video)

I'm looking to get top-notch (do-it-yourself) quality - something 'exactly' (or as close to) as they did here!!
