Is an ebook the quickest way to make money for low investment? Okay so I recently got fired from job yesterday and have about under $200 to invest in. I was working on a site in the self development niche, but would it be best to keep that on hold and work on self development e books? Also has anyone heard of Zapable? Was contemplating using the software to make apps for local businesses.

The routine answer to your question is it depends on what you mean by quick and low investment. Have you done this before. If not, you won't find it quick in most cases. Especially if you're talking quality.

First of all sorry you lost your job, but using I.M as a quick buck lifeboat is not your best move in my opinion. I wouldn't risk blowing my wad of $200 on a hit or miss proposition like it sounds like you're proposing.

Take advantage of the free info on this forum and the net -while you look for another job, so you can stabilize your life. Then come back and approach it the right way, not out of desperation to make a quick buck. People can smell it and your $200 will vanish faster than you can say "where did it go". Hope you consider my warnings.

Yes, if you can get a good 5-10 books out quickly then you'll stand a chance of making some decent money.
eBooks are great; especially when you use them as a tool in your arsenal to market and spread the word about your sites and offers as well as provide value.

There is no quick easy method to make money online. Doesn't matter on the low cost price of an E-book. People think that it's easier to sell because it costs less.

    That is a myth.

What works is learning the skill sets of a successful marketer. And that takes time.

I would look for another job in the mean time and if you really have a genuine interest in IM, you could still pursue it in your down time.

All I can tell you is that it takes time to succeed online. Just investing $200 and expecting big results is not going to get you anywhere.

I do recommend that you look for another job and invest some of that income online. It will take time but you will succeed if you just persist.

I second this. Never risk money you can't afford to lose.

Keep working on your Site while concurrently working on your e- books.

I will just reiterate what they have said since one answer might not be enough for you to believe us. There are people who will say that buy that e-book it will teach you how to make money but the question is are you prepared to jump in the entrepreneurial wagon?

Being employed and working on a business are two different things. most often than not people who are just starting out does not have what it take mentally and financially to build a real business.

Most of the people think that making money online is different when you're doing business offline but the sad truth is, there's not much difference.

You'll need more experience, money and time to build a business. So if $200 is all you've got then I suggest you save that first and find a job that will support you then just go back here and learn until you've develop the right mindset and knowledge to make a consistent money online.
