I have gotten many back links over the years many by writing articles where I can get the keyword I want used and others where my log in name gets used as the link keyword because it signs me into a form where I make comments.

I know those name links help just because of the number of them but since my name isn't really a keyword and doesn't really do me much good. I was wondering how do most people get the keyword they want used to go with the link they are getting from whatever site they are getting it from.

Are you talking about leaving the comment on someone else's blog?
and then leaving your name in the link?
If so then I think it's a good idea to rank your site with the keyword in the link.
I would do a lot of that.

There is an SEO forum for these question and someone who has been a member for 4 years should know that?

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

I hate to disagree with you Salegurus, I don't believe everything having to so with keywords is related to SEO and often someone finding this in the general question will have a good answer where they might not normally look at questions in the SEO section.
