conditions" for my upcoming e-book?

      Those free 'terms and conditions' are a waste of time - I just reviewed them.

      You should check out my signature below because I offer a real terms and conditions product. After reading it you'll understand why that free website doesn't do anything for you.

        I've heard many people say to just "swipe" a terms and conditions off of another popular website and change it to fit you own. I never tried that because I never checked out how valid that was. I think Google gives you a Privacy Policy that you can use but I'm not sure of a terms and conditions page.

        Agreed. I am not a lawyer, but I wouldn't have any one else but an attorney handle the terms and disclaimers and so forth for my websites or eBooks.

        For the layman, there are lots of terms and disclaimers that may sound good, that you might think this'll be fine for me but there are so many nuances that it's just not a good idea to use something that's not tailored for you and your own needs and circumstances nor is it a good idea to try out some do-it-yourself lawyering and modify things on your own.

        The legal side of your business isn't where anyone should be looking to cut corners. Spending the money with a professional is a sound investment.
