If you know your target group and you're able to create a good sales copy you can pretty much sell anything on Facebook. Since there are over 1 billion people registered on Facebook you're going to have a hard time finding THE product to promote sadly.

Find a program that pays good enough for you, research the target group and start advertising.

A friend of mine is using FB ads for clickbank. He only use FB ads and he only sell clickbank products.

It's about finding the right demographic and finding the right ads copy.

Look around the warrior forum, there are a lot of information in here.

I have used FB ads once but it didn't work for me. I used the ad service for one of my FB page but it seems you have to spend a lot in order to get a like.

The one thing to know about Facebook marketing is to never send traffic to an affiliate sales page. Your conversions go down when you do this.

Most of the search engines out there that you can use paying per click for ads do not like it when people come and start advertising their affiliate links.

You would be better off if you send people to your home page where you can add the link there.

      I totally agree talfighel
Sending to a presell page that is congruent with the offer and may even look very similar to the sales page is what I have seen work the best.

      Cheers!

I think that is pretty good advice - I discovered there were NO conversions when sending ppl only to affiliate links!

If you wan to use FB ads then FIRST build up a Fanpage and build it up with original "Likes". I don't mean using Fiverr or some other service that sells Likes it's not worth it.

You need to get an audience that are targeted to your chosen niche so decide what niche you want to get inot and create relative posts, listen to your audience, by listening you will learn what they want to find out, then you research and give it to them.

What your niche will be is down to you. As for the product think information products this way you can create a valuable information product in ebook format and sell it, but first create mini reports and give it as a freebie, don't be afraid to ask your fans what they thought of these mini reports and take note of the feedback you get, it's free relative information and use it for when you decide to create your own full blown ebook for sale.

I'd suggest simply choosing a niche that has a bunch of hungry people and that you're kind of interested in. Once you figure that out do a simple search in Google for any decent affiliate programs related to your chosen niche pick one... test it out... if it does well stick with it.

Try out a few more and see how they work. I don't think there's a magic bullet product that'll do it for you. You're better off serving a niche that needs and/or wants a particular something bad enough and finding a product in that niche that people REALLY want...

    You have it backwards.

First you decide on a product to promote based on market research, then you decide the best advertising channels.

Just because you have money to spend on ads doesn't mean you will make money. The way you are going about it almost assures your failure.
