Well you can do that a variety of ways, what is your current primary traffic source?

If you can figure out what your primary traffic sources that you are ready have in place, then it's a much smaller matter to figure out how to expand that traffic source and grow that than to create a whole new traffic source.

The first thing you want to do is figure out what your goal is - what demographic your targeted traffic is, before you can figure out how to leverage and get in touch with other websites and do marketing or do promotion to help you get more traffic in the first place.

The reason for this is because if you get the wrong traffic, that's as bad as getting no traffic. What you want is targeted traffic.

It's not that you can't get traffic, just before you figure out how to get traffic, you have to figure out what your goal is.

My Demographic Traffic Is India.

Don't care about Alexa ranking... They are worthless imo... Are you seeing increase in Traffic in your Google Analytics? If you are seeing increase in traffic then it's good keep working on it.. But if you are not seeing increase in traffic then you need to drive more traffic and just try to add legit backlinks that directs to your site.

I used to see Alexa ranking as a factor when I was new to blogging, but I don't consider it anymore...

Yeap, in my Google Analytic It showing the traffic increasing Day by Day.

1) 1 do post 4 articles regularly in my website. share them in Social media networking websites.

Building links doesn't have a direct result on your alexa rank so I don't know why people are mentioning that.

Your Alexa rank can be manipulated by the amount of people visiting your website with the alexa toolbar installed in their browser (something along those lines anyway).

For example we can get somebody to do this from fiverr

i see this can be work. i will try them. Can you refer me some other Idea which can work faster. right now my global rank is 60k, in India it is 9k. i want to reduce them.

This does not make any sense at all. Alexa ranks based on people that have installed their toolbar, which is probably a very small percentage of internet users as a whole. while Google looks at all web use available to them (which is quite a lot).

So, if your business is dependent on Alexa, you should probably start looking into other ventures

I totally agreed with you. Alexa does not make any sense because Alexa rank is not considering all users of Internet while Google ranking is one of the trust-able source for analysis of website.

Alexa tool is a useless metrics that you shouldn't bother yourself with.

You are better off if you build website for human and not bot.
For your information, Alexa ranks site that have installed their tool
bar based on the traffic they are receiving.

Alexa is merely a number actually, all that depends is the user-engagement that you're getting. However, if you want to rank higher in alexa just for the number's sake, bot traffic solves the problem but that won't positively affect your websites.

In my website 140 to 150 visitors coming daily basis with having Alexa rank 9140 in India.

These days almost everyone is on Facebook. Also there are many groups on Facebook where bloggers are very active. Target those groups and try to be active over there. Don’t try to spam because these groups would be having a very strict moderation and you will trashed out right away if you do some spammy activity. Try to build trust and authority then you can share your content and drive some traffic via these groups.

Alexa monitors your traffic, rates your backlinks and tries to estimate your overall authority...but in my opinion they do it poorly. And as others have said, it is essentially a worthless metric unless you're looking to sell your website or just want bragging rights of cracking the top million.

With that said, I do check my site on Alexa often because as soon as you ping their site with your domain, all the spiders know that you updated content. That's the only real benefit I see from Alexa from an average-Joe standpoint.
