I have used ODesk before and think it's the easiest way. You can get some good people on there that work for about $2/hour.

why don't you go to craigslist, post how much you are willing to pay and for what type of job. you will have a lot of people replying to you, Philippines seem to be a great place

I hire a guy who builds backlinks for me using Angela's and PJ's packets. If you had another method and wrote proper instructions, you would just use that method to have your outsourcer do the work.

Odesk is good - workers from South East Asia in pparticular
$2/hr will get someone who is less experienced - but may be keen
$4-$10 /hr will get someone with experience
search for providers who are new to the system - will have less
work and be more ready for new assignments

Thanks guys, I ended up signing up for Odesk as I am new there is there any scams or anything of that type of field that I should look out for?

I use oDesk and outsource lots of stuff to the Philippines. I found a highly experienced person who does 30 backlinks at a time for me for less than $10 total.

I agree elance is where I get people to do work for me.

Before hiring someone for hourly work, it's a good idea for you to know exactly how long a job takes.

On ODESK and DP, I got shafted when I first put out the work. I later went ahead and did the job myself and so had a good estimate on the number of hours a job took.

FYI: It took me a good 6 hours to leave good constructive comments at all the resources included in Angela's packet.

On ODESK a ton of folks will reply, so its a good idea to give them all about 4-5 URL's to post the comments/links at and then select the person who seemed to have enough brains to add something to the discussion , thereby giving your link a better chance of survival.

The guy I hired at elance works for $3/hr and I found him to be excellent at following instructions. Not perfect from day one but some basic explanations via email and he was doing great work for me ... reliable.

All of these outsourcing sites will require some patience from you as you learn how to inverview, hire, set milestones, etc ... but it's a skill you MUST learn in this business.
