Hi there,
I just wanted to share my results with you for this past week. I am very happy as I managed to get orders for $2750, I ran a survey from my list and asked for the price the buyers would happily pay for a particular service that I am offering. Based on that survey, I started a promotional campaign just to my list without spending on advertisement. I got 18 orders from a list of 117 people. The net revenue generated is $2750.
Report -
8 orders worth $250 each for service A
4 orders worth $75 each for service B
6 orders worth $75 each for service C
Net total - 8*250+4*75+6*75 =
Happy Week.
Thank you for your time to read this.

        Sir,
i am not posting this for publicity or for my blog. I have already made enough money and I have posted this just to share. I do not want any people from here in this forum to join my list. I have set up a proper system for all this stuff. I do not want anything from none of the forum members. The signature I have put up is just a blogger blog and i have not even monetized it.

First congrats to your earnings! You really need to understand how to properly use forums. Did you see the quote that I referenced in my post?

I re-quoted it so that you can see that my post was not referring to you but rather another member.

The reason I am quite sure that this member was just trying to expose his signature is that you mentioned 117 subscribers and many of the replies congratulate you about the 117 subscribers and this member asks how many subscribers, if he had read the thread he would have known this and that leads me to believe he was just exposing his signature.

  • That's about a 20% conversion rate. Well done ! ! ! You can document your progress and package your system of how you made $2750 from only 117 leads. I see you familiar with selling ebooks. That should be a great hook for a book title "How I made $2750 from only 117 leads"

You should survey your list and see what the say about that

Actually it is 15.38% conversion rate and I don't think it is too much.

That's only if you're saying that 100% of people opened your email - Which of course they didn't. You don't calculate conversion rates by how many you sent to, you base it off of how many actually opened it, and clicked through to your offer.

You also go on to say you made another 8 sales from the same email. That brings your conversion up to 22% - using the way you calculate it, which is wrong.

Let's calculate it the right way - Let's assume that you have 50% open rates, which is extremely high, especially for someone that's inexperienced, and doesn't know how to optimize and raise their inboxing rates.

So, that 22% CVR turns into 44.44% conversion. Also, looking at your numbers alone, you're offering 8 different products/services? If that were really true, it would indicate your list isn't very targeted. You don't offer 8 separate options to a targeted list, and end up with 44% cvr.

No, sorry for my calculations.I observe the overall conversion rate not of open rate and then other rate and so on that make me confusing. I simply see the amount of customers i get from my complete list so it was 18 from 117 that is 15.38
Next thing, I did not got 8 sales from one email, I got 8 sales of "service A", like I got 8 orders for one of my product from the list.
Other, I am just offering 3 services or products and not 8 separate things.

Just because that's how "you" do it, doesn't make it right. You don't calculate the conversion rate from the total number. Your conversion rate will ALWAYS be way to low - It has to be produced from the number of people that opened the email and/or clicked on the link, doing otherwise is wrong - Of course you can't say that now, because you're not going to admit that your claiming to have 44% cvr.

You said you did not send a second email to your list, and you still made 8 sales the second week. You need to add those to the original sales because that's from the same campaign. Brings the total up to 26 sales.

Only 3 services you offer? Why do you have 8 different prices? You listed them remember? There's way to much bullshit to think you're even telling half truths.

No, it is not from forum marketing, just from my list. I sent an email about the new prices only to my list.

This week, I did nothing to promote my services, no message to my list. I was actually busy on the orders from last week. But still queries came up and I was just replying to those queries and I would say the average is going on $100 a day now without any promotion. Here is a detailed look.
      monday - $45
      Tue - 49+30+75
      Wed - 99
      Thurs - 0
      fri - 180
      sat - 70
      Toatal = 45+49+30+75+99+180+70 = 548

  • You should create a case study out of this!
package your system of how you made $2750 from only 117 leads.
write a book on how you did it. It'll be a best seller!
Congrats on the results, however the one thing that people should stop doing, (or suggesting) is creating a report / eBook / course on "how I sold x amount this week".

Especially if the result is a non consistent result that only happens once a year. (not saying that this will be the case with the OP,) but from the looks of it, it is one of the first times that a significant amount of orders came in worthy of a post.

People like myself (and some in this thread) run businesses and have been achieving success for decades online / offline and with constant and growing success. I believe writing a report or eBook or course on how we did that may benefit others. But doing that based on one weeks sales, I'm not so sure.

Solid advice. I would thank you, but I am afraid there is no button for me to do so.

Max, although being rather sceptical after looking at your blog, I have to congratulate you on such earnings if they are genuine. I encourage you to keep it up and, whatever you do, to stick at it.

Based on that survey, I started a promotional campaign just to my list without spending on advertisement. I got 18 orders from a list of 117 people. The net revenue generated is $2750.

Amazing results. Maybe you can share more on how you are doing it. I mean you've had quite the turnaround. A couple months ago you didn't have $10 to buy a domain name. It was only a month ago that you made your first online sale of about $4.

Not only are you successfully selling services to the tune of $100 a day after almost $3,000 last week, your Kindle book sold 126 units on the first day and you got below 2,000 on the best seller category. 126 x $5 isn't anything to be ashamed of especially since you've only published your book less than 3 weeks ago.

Those humble beginnings to $100 a day and almost $3,000 last week through selling services and then another $500 or so through Kindle all within one month beg for more info. Maybe you can share your secrets so that some of the newbies can learn.

Well, for that you can subscribe to my blog, I only have 4-5 subscribers till now and i do not even care if more subscribe or not. I am thinking to start a group only with the people who subscribe, I will not promote affiliate offers that is for sure. The benefit i am looking into this is that i will have people who i can trust and may be if they want to work with me, i can outsource some of my work to them.

    I have a couple questions

    1. How do you create a thread ? Its so freaking confusing and

    2. There are sooooo many different names. Is an opt-in page the same as a capture page ? I here landing pge, opt-in page, capture page, and it gets a bit confusing.

Awesome... when the right offer meets the right crowd, plus offered from somebody you already know, you are bound to make money. Just wondering what kind of service you are offering.

Why not share this method in a WSO for like a $7 and set it up in a funnel to some high ticket items?
Results like this will drive persons to buy your WSO.

That is awesome... more proof that you can do something with a small list. So many get held back because they think they need this huge list to get anywhere.

There's another good survey talk on the Leadpages blog. I think it's about 6 months old, but it's useful.
