Article Directory Software?

Just wondering if anyone knows of software that can be used to easily set up an article directory. I have some products on my computer, which I was looking at this morning. I'm not overly familiar with sql databases and the like. I do have my own hosting package but never had to deal with these sorts of things. Learning curve, I suppose.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Tony.

articlefriendly.com has a good script. you can order the code, and change it as you want.

I use the Articlesss WordPress directory plugin on the site found in my signature. It's a fairly quick setup if you're already familiar with WP.

You can find the the plugin at: articlesss.com/article-directory-wordpress-plugin/

Hi there Unintuitive, thank you. I am getting familiar with Wordpress (I've now set up 4 of them) and will probably go this route. I like the look of your directory. Clean and to the point.

    Thanks again,

    Tony.

Yes, wordpress is best choice for your article directory in my point of view. It is very easy to setup and maintain and most important is that it is very SEO friendly. Wordpress is now not only a blogging software, people are using it as a powerful CMS. Like i have visited sites of news, classifieds, directories, review sites, and more made in wordpress.
