Need a news article subscription service

i know there are services that allow one to be notified of whenever news articles come out on whatever topic they choose.

For instance one could be notified and given links to any new news stories about new abortion laws come out.

Can anyone point me in the direction of these types of services? I know lots of journalist type people use them.
