How Can I put a logo in a header ?

I need any one to advise me how can I put a logo to my website ?
I am building my website using WP themes and I think it is ristricted but I saw some blog but logos on header ...

    You can try with the bellow code & put this code under your title tag & just change the red mark as per your image name

    Every theme is different. Some themes, for example, have a place for a logo but no place for a header. The sizes of allowable graphics also varies widely between themes.

    Your best bet is to look in the theme documentation for your answer. If you can't find it, post the name of your theme here and someone may have some experience with it or or may can otherwise help.

      I agree. Every theme is different, so i suggest you either look at Appearance -> Editor and see where you can modify a thing or two to add your logo, or find the entire header image, modify it to add your logo to, upload and replace the old one.
