Hello, Warriors.
Dr. Bo here. Nice to meet you. I was wondering what do you think about this question - Which activities are the most tedious and boring for you to do in your online business, but do not add much value to it?

For me - it is to figure out the topic for my next email...

    Hi Dr. Bo,

It is a valid question, and could easily be a question you might put to your list, in order to find out exactly what they want/need.

As far as your answer goes...if you get your email topics, titles, and content right, and thereby increase your open and response rate, it will not fall into the category of not adding much value to your business. It might be the very thing that takes you to the next level.

I'm not trying to say that it can't be tedious...only that if done right, it will certainly pay off.

The topic of your next email can add value to your business. If you a want topic to write about, look at your own marketing and find what your struggling with. Most of the people on your list are probably in the same boat as you facing the same issues. Help them (while helping yourself).

The most tedious thing I do is creating fb accounts. One or two is not a big deal, but when your having to create 10 a day to keep up it gets tiresome.

If I made a change in my code, I have to go and upload the new index files onto 50+ domains, or however many are active at the time. It's very time consuming just trying to figure out which ones are active, depending on how well my guys are keeping the sheet up to date and organized.

Maybe I'm missing something, but if it's boring and tedious and doesn't add much value, why would you spend your valuable time doing it?

      My question exactly!
I think you meant to say "boring and tedious but adds lots of value", otherwise why waste time on it?
And besides, figuring out the topic of the next email is actually important!

This was my exact thought. I just don't do something if it's not valuable, I'm assuming most successful people are the same way ?

for me, the most tedious work but do not add much value to my business as compared to other traffic generation strategies... forum posting!

It works though and it is not boring, so I keep on posting in here still.

I actually enjoy the majority of what I do. Things like writing emails and educating people I find pretty fun and figuring out what I'm going to write about next is all part of the fun.

I actually enjoy what I do and the repeat split testing to find out what gets me the best conversions might seem boring to some if something is already making them money but rule of thumb to me is that any ad or if I spend any money doing something on my business I need it to fetch me at least a 300% return.

I enjoy the process I go through in real life before I write copy either for myself or a client. I like the psychology behind persuasion and how such tiny things like the way you word a sentence can have a huge play on how people interpret what you are trying to say.

A couple of words can make people trust you, love you, hate you, want to fight with you, do what you tell them to, force them to change who they are. It's pretty interesting to learn and apply to my own work.

I guess accounting/keeping my books/repetitive tasks aren't really fun but it's all part of running a business.

For me - it's writing articles, doing keyword research and writing emails. They all seem tedious, but it is all vital to running a very profitable online business.
