  • There are many different scripts out there that can do this for you. The one I use is just a simple little piece of software that you fill in the blanks and embed the code it pops out onto your squeeze page. There are some other ones that are different and require you to do different things, but mostly they are all easy to use.

The one I use I got for free right here on the WF:

    (not an affiliate link)

It takes all of 2 minutes to generate the code and then simply add the code to your squeeze page. I believe this code gets added right above the closing </body> tag on your page.

If you are using WordPress for your squeeze pages, then I would recommend a free plugin called WP No Escape. If you do a search you should be able to find that one for free somewhere.

    Hope that helps you out.

    • Could not have said it better myself! You should definitely check out that offer Ongpeitong.
And nicheblogger75 is right...it's really easy to set up. And well worth it.

One word of advice: you should make the offer the pop up redirects them to be something that is related to the thing that brought them there in the first place.

So, if they came to the squeeze page because they were looking for something about Dog Training, it would not make sense to send them to an offer for a video game. Make it something related to that squeeze page offer, which they might also be interested in. Maybe a CPA or affiliate offer for something else about dog care.

  • I've used exit pop ups, but usually only on my sale pages. Instead of redirecting them to a different product, you offer them a discounted price, free shipping, free trial ect

    • I use them on my sales pages too. Something that works really well for me is to redirect them from a sales page to one of my squeeze pages. This way I get lots of opt-ins from the traffic that is sent to my sales pages by affiliates. I have one sales page that gets me anywhere from 15-25 subscribers a day basically on autopilot.

I also put them on some of my squeeze pages and usually I will redirect to a CPA offer that is related to my own squeeze page. I just started doing that a couple of months ago and have been able to make anywhere from $200-$300 a month in passive income from that. Not bad for just adding some code to my sales and squeeze pages.

I know a lot of people don't like exit pops, and at first I used to hate them myself. However, what I have come to understand in recent months is that they work like gangbusters!

  • Exit pops have generated me thousands upon thousands of dollars over the years...

If your are promoting an offer with traffic that is exit-pop friendly...

I highly recommend you attach that badboy on where necessary (especially with solo ads).

Main page builders come with them, along with specific software that have been mentioned above

  • I have always hated them and said I would never use them...well tried one on a sales page offering a discount, sales came in the same day from the exit pop and it has done great ever since, now kicking myself for not doing it years ago. missed out on 6 years of exit sales...

I guess because we see them so much they are annoying.
  • My two favorites are ExitSplash and the exit redirect option that comes with OptimizePress.

There are lots of exit pop plugins out there. I used a few, but one I saw recently I'm going to try is an ext pop that embeds a video. Click Pop Engage - Boost Your Business Today and Video Pop Funnels
