    Try content marketing. Look for blogs that focus on dating and relationships and ask them for topics. Come up with great content that is CREDIBLE and draws attention to your solution.

    Thanks to outsourcing, the outreach research and even the writing portions of this is CHEAP. I have VAs that work for less than $50 a day and I get stellar results. WARNING: you have to do the actual communications/deal making though. You can't outsource that.

    Since this is going to be an info-product, you have many options:

    1) Sell via Createspace

    2) Sell on your own website via PPC

    3) Generate leads and pitch via email newsletter

    4) Join forums related to your video course, and offer good advice, and pitch your video course in the signature of your posts

    5) Google Adwords of course

    6) Pitch it offline

    7) Create buzz around it with a press release (PRweb)

    8) Start a blog and pitch it there too
