Is there profit in this fantasy sports plugin?

I've heard of that script. Apparently it works as advertised. You just need to be able to get traffic to your site. If you can do that, then I think its worth trying it. Something like this, just might work if you can get traffic.

I can tell you for sure that Draft Kings ads convert well, as I use them regularly. I'm certain the script will do very well.

It's definitely become one of the bigger markets in terms of sports betting and fantasy stuff. But, I see this leading to lots of big problems. You see a website like FanDuel or DraftKings and think it may be easy to run. You aren't taking into account the risk of using PayPal for this type of stuff. First off, I wouldn't be paying a single person out until the funds are completely cleared and can't be returned. With PayPal buyers actually have up to 6 months to file a complaint, and most of the time they side with the person who paid.

FanDuel, DraftKings..etc. all have sophisticated security measures in place with a staff that monitors a number of things, from payments to tournaments. It's just like the world of online poker..

Overall, not only are you going to have an impossible time competing with FanDuel, DraftDay, DraftKings..etc. on a money/promotional basis, odds are most people who buy this script (or the script itself) won't have the skills or knowledge behind it to avoid being compromised or scammed.

Hate to say it..It is a great idea because lots of people would want to run these kinds of sites. But, at $999/month and running behind Wordpress puts some major security issues in place. That doesn't even get into monitoring the players and action on the website.
