Question about maximum number of affiliate links allowed

hi,

i know that too many affiliate links on one page is a bad thing, ok but say that i have a review site with 50 pages, each page have a description, reviews summary ( positive and negative sides of product), my suggestion and the affiliate link.

so, would google consider it as a thin content for having 50 affiliate links spread over 50 review pages for 50 products in the same niche? if yes, how to avoid it.

    IMO, instead of just having straight affiliate links, use a php or .htaccess redirect

      well, im going to try this but what do u think about the original situation 50 different links over 50 pages ( 1 link per page) for products in the same niche?

    Having Links themselves is no problem. People think they loose link juice by linking out but that actually is what google is keying on now. Do you link to credible sites? That is the main question, not the number.

    Hi...

    I know that Google doesn't like affiliate links, especially "Make money niches". From experience I've seen that if you add too many affiliate links to a site, you site could get in trouble with google. But why would you want to do that. Multiple affiliate links on pages does not mean that I will get high conversions. What I normally do is choose 20% of my pages to have affiliate links on them, in your case (10 of your 50 pages will have affiliate links on them. Then the rest of my pages (remaining 80%) would have anchor-texts pointing to the 20%. This really works great and google likes it. Best of all it even helps improve your rankings. Try it and I know that you will thank me for it...
