First time sold on Ebay, how to deliver?

I sold some backlink service and I don't know how to deliver the report via Ebay to my buyer.
In the contact section they only allow attaching images!? Can I ask for my buyers mail address?

    DId you specify in your listing on how you would do this? Perhaps reach out to your buyer and ask how they would like to receive it.

    Nope. I am not sure am I allowed to ask for my buyers email? How others are doing this, I see many sellers with SEO services there too.

    If you received a purchase confirmation in your email, your buyers info (email perhaps) should be in there.

    I think you are confusing eBay with Fiverr.

    You can communicate about whatever you want with your customers.

    I am fairly sure that messaging you buyer is fine but adding an email address within the message will not be allowed.

    Can you not use something like dropbox, or if you have a site upload it to there and send an image of the website address rather than type.
    Either way an image of the download address may be a temporary fix until you can sort something out .

      I suggest using an online media sharing service. upload the report and you should be able to send them a one time access link. They will be able to download it to their computer without having to exchange email addresses.

      When I was selling ebooks books I used MediaFire. Worked wonders for what I was doing
