Getting a job is so far from what most would think to do on this forum, it's pathetic.

What's wrong with getting a job, when you don't have nothing coming in?

Selling stuff....

Sell the cards, sell the vcr, get the stuff that's free, dumpster dive, do whatever it takes.

For local clients, do the stuff you know how to do.

SEO, Wordpress Setup, Email....etc.

Freelance - Elance, Freelancer, odesk....etc.

Sell other people's stuff.

Sorry if it seems basic.

The best way to get forum traffic would be to add to conversations that are already out there. Giving valuable contributions would be the very best way to do this.

Robert and Taken Action were very blunt above but they are being honest.

@Rory - I'm sure if you researched...you'd find a lot of value from me.

I just come to realize that the more I break down the basics, the more truthful I am with what works, the less people tend to appreciate it.

Not that I mind.

A good debate is always helpful to bring attention, however, the honest truth of all this stuff is do something...anything.

I'm not big on the making the easy difficult.

What I posted I probably could have extrapolated, however, I figured it was so basic that most would get it.

1. Grow a Facebook Page.
2. Grow a Facebook Group.
3. Get a Copy of Gimp (free); or
4. Get a Copy of Photoshop CS2 (free).
5. Use legal content from PixaBay.com
6. Make T-Shirt Designs.
7. Setup a TeeSpring Campaign.

I'd be all day writing the step-by-steps, but the above is 100% free to implement and run, and many of us make a significant income from the combination of FB+TeeSpring. The trick? Pretty obvious:

- Targeted NICHE Page & Group
- Killer Designs
- The RIGHT Design That Sells
- More Likes & Members = More Money.

Take some of your profits and spend it on:

- High-End Stock Images &/ Or Custom Work.
- Software to Grow FB (in a legit way)
- FB Ads (for targeted growth)
- Paid Photoshop. I think I pay 8 quid a month, I forget.

Love it! And how DARE you note a job lol. Love it, love it. The money is in.....your mind, in your consciousness. And the channels you include here, work, all of them. You can turn nothing into money by doing stuff few others do. Example: I did quite a bit online I hated doing for quite a while to make the money that set the stage for me living in Bali, in Fiji, in Costa Rica and all over the world. I blog from paradise because I too a different path.

I am also beyond grateful for being a security guard for 4 years before I became a digital nomad. I generate a full time income now through the lessons I learned on my jobs, as well as the lessons I've learned online. As for the other tips/channels, brilliant. I figure that struggling Warriors can take a nice little trip outside of the box with this one

#1 JOB. What kind? I teach the Harvey Brody concept of SPIDOG, Solve Problems In Direction of your Goal.

Best skill to acquire for a lifetime of use might be selling. Second best might be Educational, that is, learning what the "inside" dope is on a business. Example, you want to open a pizza shop, get a job working in one part time. Want to invest in Subway, take a job at the entry level and work in one.

Re: Selling. Direct face to face and Remote selling via phone are two types of jobs you'll find everyday on Monster and other job boards including your local craigslist.

Face to face with cell phones, every mall in America has these kiosks, or any KIOSK in the mall might have part time opportunities. I like food and have had JOBS with several food type shops, like Hickory Farms who sells from Thanksgiving through New Year in most malls. I've also been a product demo person in supermarkets and a "food" sampler with commissions on sales.

Selling...teaches you that people are preoccupied and how to get their attention, build interest, have them want and then buy...very useful skill for an Internet Marketer to have.

Doing JOBS, as noted, for your future. I did floor care for high schools, sort of a custodial specialty, as an Independent contractor, it saved time and money for the schools and freed up their custodial staff to spend more time doing other things. Did two schools a night. The reason was I considered starting my own floor care specialty service.

So, look for a job, entry level, to learn and get paid for learning.

SELL OFF STUFF. Start with your TV. Americans especially have stuff. Sell it off for some fast money. Don't have stuff? Check your local craigslist for arbitrage opportunities, buy on craigslist, sell on craigslist, pocket the difference. What to sell?
Parade of Life stuff. Baby to toddler, to kid, to tween to teen to young adult to adult to middle age to old age and there you go, the parade from cradle to casket.

Drapes are easy to find, easy to sell, fit in the back of smallest cars.

FREELANCE. I use a lot of freelancers, and I've been one. If you don't have any "marketing wanted" skills, freelance your body, if capable, to people who aren't able to wash their windows, clean their garages, wash their decks and houses...could lead to a part time or full time ABSENTEE owned cash cow business.

SELL FOR OTHERS. Many IMers are affiliates, may be the fastest way to an IM profit there is. But off line has all kinds of Independent Contractors selling for others, from selling ads on a 9 x 12 postcard, to selling TV spots, pool companies, all kinds of these out there.

LOCAL CLIENTS... HECK, the WF has a separate subforum where there is an ongoing discussion about off line and dealing with LOCAL clients, offering them SMS, SEO, advertising ops, web building, mobile directories, etc., and etc. Local people like to work with local people.

So, the infographic in the OP, does show value for those seeking and wanting a little brain stimulation.

And I would add this:

There are no RULES...SPEED TO your goals, and take success by others with a grain of salt, just because they took five years, doesn't mean you have to....START at their AH-HA moment, and save yourself years of wheel spinning and being the hamster on the wheel.

They know what they want, they have a goal, a plan and they SPIDOG their way to the results they want.

I would say you need a bit more of a plan them just doing one of these five thighs. For example what's next after you sell of a few things? Maybe reinvest somewhere like starting your own business, make an investment in something?

Everything needs detail, however, what I've mentioned and what others have so graciously elaborated on are all grid foundation type things.

What that means is I meant to show you how simple the aha moment could be, and how it can easily be expanded upon.

I'd add-

Step 1- Find a big rock.
Step 2- Throw rock at window.
Step 3- Grab what's inside window (leave rock).
Step 4- Run like mad.

That's the only way you can turn nothing into money; it takes knowledge and skill to actually profit online....even if you're selling stuff.

There is no way to turn nothing into money. All of these take time.

If your time is not valuable, then congrats. You turned nothing into money.

But if your time means something like mine does, then nothing never equals money. Time=money. But time is money, so in reality money=money.

Your post title is contradictive.

What exactly is it that your offering?
If there's such a way, I'm up for it; maybe scale it up to benefit others.
