Some offers can't be bought using PayPal on GoDaddy.com. May want to ask their support about it.

If you're using a coupon code, then I don't believe you can check out with paypal.

Most of the .99 cent domain offers on GD that I've seen can NOT be paid for with PayPal.

You need the card to spend Payoneer money as far as I know.

I sent some $ from my paypal to payoneer.and tried to buyed using checking. while trying to confirm my order GD said they are unable to make transactions from my account.

If the final result is you not being able to get a site from GoDaddy... then just go with another web host. Make your life easy.

I beleive for the 0.99 domains, they don't allow PayPal , but if you buy at the regular price then PayPal is available.

Godaddy support the Paypal, I know very well. It is good to touch on there support desk.
