My Blog, how does it look? What does it need?

Hello everyone. I know you all hear these types of questions all the time, and I am sorry for just being another one. But I cannot learn without asking, so I am going to ask.

About a week ago I started a blog Booneway
I have gotten my Niche, and I know quite a bit about it. I am going with a simple layout, easy on the eyes. Is this a good strategy?
One of my main problems is just writing. Which will get better in time, and it will be longer.
But I had a few questions
  1. How does the posts look? Informative enough?
  2. What should I do about security?
  3. How does the blog look all in all?
  4. Am I missing something that I should add?
I would greatly appreciate the help!

Also: I know this is asked a lot. But how can I get more traffic? I literally have no contacts to start with, how do I get it out there?

Thank you so much!

Is your strategy to help people become financially free? Then you have to tell them how you can help them. Because when I looked at your site, you had some good articles, but when I saw your opt-in form, I wasn't sure what I was expecting.

I think you need to work on personalizing your site a bit more. Maybe give the visitors a personal story, and why they want to opt in to your list, why they would want to buy from you. Have you experienced becoming financially free? Hey, what's your story?

    Keep at it though!

The "about me" page is still titled "Sample Page" in the url. When you fix it, make sure to correct all of your paths to correspond.

Firstly, you definitely need to work on your blog titles/headlines. For example you have one blog post which the headline was "Make Money: Yard Sales" -- Boring! Why should I click it? Just from the title alone I don't get what's in it for me or why I should even read it.

Also, make the blog more 'you'. Get a logo designed and put up. Sprinkle your blog with some personality. It just looks like a templated blog.

Take a look at the copy, blog titles, images he uses, etc.

Thank you all very much. This is pretty much exactly what I needed.

Now I hear y'all mentioning getting a logo. Are you basically meaning a banner?
And would it be profitable to get something done with the theme? Like maybe find a new one, or have one specially done?

I see what you mean. I was going with trying to categorize it all together. Make money: Yard sales. It is dull, I could "spice" it some. Or do you think I should abandon what I am trying to do and just not worry about titles on posts matching?

      Edit:
I had a few more questions I thought of.
Is it reasonable to be posting every day? I know I need more content and posting every day would probably be fine for a while. But once I have a fair amount of posts should I post only a couple times a week?
And would it be profitable to hire someone on Fiverr to optimize my SEO? I don't have any experience in it at all.
