Hello everyone,

I am trying to start in affiliate marketing, I have chosen a niche and a product. What should I do next if I don't have a list? Where should I promote the product?
Thank you in advance for your help

If you care about long-term sales or consistently growing your income at all, your next step would be to actually create a list.

At the very least, capture people's email with a squeeze page before sending them to the product.

There is a reason you see it mentioned everywhere. It is probably the single most important thing you can possibly do when it comes to marketing products.

Check this thread out: All-In-One: Traffic Tips.

Personally I'd use PPC and constantly tweak / improve your squeeze page to get your conversion rate as high as possible. PPC is infinitely scalable, so once you have a positive ROI than you can just throw more and more money into it.

Try getting your feet wet in the wild wild west of safelist advertising...you can do it free or if you have some money to spend on advertising.

    You Tube ads.
    Traffic exchanges.
    Blogging.
    Video Marketing.
    Social Media marketing.

Just to name a few...and the ones I myself use.

Forget looking for products and traffic. As a noob you don't want to start out with PPC or complicated traffic sources.

The first thing you need to do is create a list, PERIOD.

There are a bunch of good WSO's on fast list building. Buy one and focus on implementing it.

When you own your own traffic and you will have a much higher chance of success in this business!

    >> There is nothing wrong with this. In fact this is one way to build your list. However, if you are gearing towards free traffic or SEO, the results may be slower and you will definitely need a lot of effort to achieve this.

The paid version (like solo ads) is another way to build your list only that this method saves you time since you are already marketing and promoting your website/products on an existing list. As long as you found a good vendor to supply you with quality leads, you will be fine

    Good luck!

Thank you for your reply, I am thinking going with social media, but it seems like engaging in social media is very time consuming. It is worth trying though.

Traffic is more important than anything. So find a plan on how you are going to drive traffic to your website. I would suggest social media traffic as it is instant and laser targeted.

Find some good tutorials on learn and have a plan before you get into it.
