Where do I send money?

excuse me if this question doesn't belong here.

I know WF has the 'for hire' section but instead of searching through and then pm'ing them, going back and forth a little to make sure they understand my niche and expectations etc...

Is there a place here on WF where I can basically layout exactly what I'm looking for as far having articles written for me, then have WF members respond to that instead of chasing them down?

I want to do this for several things like 'articles' 'press releases' 'web content' 'sales copy' ect..

    thanks Tina, I'll do that.

    I don't want to keep looking in the 'for hire' section b/c it takes so much of my time.

    I also get really frustrated with e-lance. I've used them before and got completely bombarded with spam offers that weren't even related to what I was specifically looking for. I did contact a elance provider outside of elance and she worked out great.
