If you had to choose (gun held to your head) one of the key things you do in the lead up to launch, to ensure success, what would it be??

From experience mine would be:

To make sure my EPC's are high enough to attract the BIG GUN
affiliates out there!

Then have a good, solid high converting back end funnel so that
I can maximize my returns and of course allow my customers to
get their hands on my more in and advanced trainings/programs
etc.

I would say... to ensure that you have established solid relationships with proven sellers. My list is currently over 650 who are all proven leaderboard sellers. It's just a case of doing your research and resonate them.

THEN I'D SAY...

I won't give you my list if you ever asked for it because you shouldn't have put a gun to my head in the first place.

I wouldn't create a product that I wasn't confident I could convert myself. Having to rely on other people to sell your product is a failed business plan from the start.

I would first have an established relationship with many people on warrior forum before I do anything.. The reason is because they can leave you reviews and they know that you are trusted. which can boost up your sales.

Also, make sure payment settings and download links are ready and working correctly.
