I'm confused. You made money before and had a solid "method". Now you don't and you're looking for new ideas. Why wouldn't you start off with what you know? Morbid principle?

I'd take a proven business idea of which I had some solid experience over a gamble on the obscurities and fads peddled in many MMO info-products.

I understand people wanting a change. But my fear, which I admit to being based mostly on the way you refer to "making money" rather than "building a business", is that the reason you're scratching around for something new and starting from naught is precisely because you wasted valuable time on gimmicks with a short shelf-life. Worse, now that you've had a break you've come back primed to make the same mistake.

How you spend your time is your choice, of course, and I apologise for sounding presumptuous, but I know I'd rather invest my time building a growing and sustainable business than blow it and my money on some scheme that might bring in a few dollars here or there today, and tomorrow if I'm incredibly lucky, but that has no actual longevity.

The fundamentals of business haven't drastically changed in the past year or two. Nor has there been a seachange in the basic tenets of good online marketing. Sticking with the basics alone, there is no reason to expect you would have a harder time deriving a respectable and pretty dependable income from the 'net today than 2 or 3 years ago. In fact, just by adhering to them you would considerably better the chances of doing so.

Don't start chasing rabbits now. If you have something that works stick with it. If not I recommend finding a mentor or a coach to give you guidance.

If you are serious about starting from scratch PM me and I'll recommend a great coach/ mentor. He has help me out tremendously. Keep in mind good things are not cheap and cheap things are not good!

As I see you are a war room member you can see on the JV section of this forum, I know there are always warriors looking for Join Venture partners.

If you look into promoting infor products as affiliate you can make that amount, if you rank for certain keywords within your nicho or branded product and your landing page converts well.
I've read also that writing kindle ebooks can bring in decent earnings. I wrote an ebook recently and uploaded it to Kindle Store, but not for seling it but for give it away using kindle's free promotion, but I did not expect to get any sale as it was a short ebook with basic stuff about 3000 words long. But I have gotten some sales, like 5 or 7 and it really surprised me so I know that there is money to be made using Kindle.

There are many great affiliate products to promote.

Find someone who is successful and do what they're doing.

Look for people who have a vested interest in your success, i.e. they only make money when you do.
