I just bought a WSO and lately I have been getting this message everytime not sure what this means

Is this for WSO support or any forum issues

Any one else getting this and know what this is about.

Did I miss a post here about this?

      Well, I just used the help desk today to solve a technical problem with my WSO.

      Response was really fast and they were very helpful. I think it's just a new service that we've got now. So far, it works well, too.
