WordPress Install - Opted out of Search Engine

Hello,

I just installed WordPress 2.82, and one of the first questions was weather I want the blog included in search engines. I said NO because I didn't want my blog indexed until it is ready. Now I'm wondering if I shut off search engine inclusion all together? How do I turn it back on?

I did install "All In One SEO Plugin", but can't see anything about enabling search engine inclusion or not.
