Feedback on websites

Hi guys,

I run 2 video production businesses.

I would love some feedback on the sites such as improvements that could be made and to help conversions and also the positives.

    I do like the layout and clean design of both sites.

    However, I hate to say it, but I really dislike both your logos, especially the first one.
    One of my businesses is a Logo design business, so maybe I am more picky. lol
    (And I am definitely not trying to sell you a logo, I see in your video you have shirts made up, etc..)
    I just wanted to share my opinion. it is really my only complaint.

    As for conversions, the best way to increase, is to test. I like to split-test everything...

    Negatives for Sydney Site:

    - Contact button in the footer.
    - Footer is a bit, I should say, empty or not well-organized.
    - As pointed earlier, logo isn't a great one but it is still better.
    - Header and footer are not as well-designed as rest of the site.
    - Main menu (top) not rightly sized.
    - Replace 'read more' buttons on your pages with those on your blog.


    Positive for Sydney site:

    - Very clean and tidy layout.
    - Perfect color scheme.
    - Easy navigation
    - Blog is great.

    Dublin site negatives

    - Footer contact form doesn't look nice
    - Logo mismatch (header and footer)
    - Missing header and footer on contact page
    - No menu bar on the blog
    - Missing footer

    Positives

    - Overall great.
    - Much better than the Sydney site


    I'd go for Dublin website because it is so great.

    Overall, you have cool websites with no major issues.

        David, I can redesign it for you using the conversion optimization principles I have developed over the years. Can probably redesign it within a day and get you a nice converting metro looking landing page. Right now there are too many things that need changing and obviously you need to setup a proper events tracking system to follow your visitors behaviors. I can help you with all that.     It looks good!
    However I feel the second part from both websites (if you scroll down on the homepage) are more apealing because there are fewer logo's on it.

    I actually like the color combo of the first one. My main issue with both of these is that everything seems very smothered. The video containers and Image container below it is super big and the video is too long. I couldn't sit there watching it for 2 minutes no matter how good-looking the girl was. (She was hot by the way) haha.

    I think you are on to the right track. You just have to clean up the style sheet a little bit. The video should be no bigger than the size on your video production page. Just my opinion.

    The other thing I noticed was that the site should either be parallax or standard. It seems to me like you are trying to do a bit of both.
