istockphoto Legal Questions

I am reading through the TOS with istockphoto, and just curious if someone can help me wade through the legalese...

If I were to design a blog or a WP theme and sell it say 10 times as PLR would I be required to purchase the image I am using 10 times?

Just confused on what it says about template use of images.

    Honestly, it would be better for you to go to one of the many public domain photo sites like Public Domain Photos and Wallpapers and use those. There are way too many legal restrictions on photos off of istockphoto and other similar sites. You would need to either purchase the extended license for the photo or purchase the photo for each one you sell. While I do use istockphoto for individual projects, I would never consider using it for plr.

    You'll still need to read the fine print however BigStockPhoto generally allows usage of a photo in a template: Royalty Free Photos, Download Stock Photos and Images Stock Photos Royalty Free Downloads.
